Having a solid legal background, Raj possesses an in-depth understanding of Australian migration law.
He completed his Master of Laws from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) in 2011 and obtained his Bachelor of Law from GNDU Amritsar (India) in 2008.
During his studies in England, Raj developed a keen interest in the migration system and began working at an immigration law firm immediately after graduation. Over three years, he gained valuable experience in immigration law.
Upon moving to Australia, Raj’s passion for migration law continued to flourish. He pursued a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University, a course designed to provide the critical knowledge and skills for becoming a registered migration agent in Australia. This diploma emphasizes practical and problem-based learning.
He then successfully passed the stand-alone Migration Agents Capstone Assessment conducted by Legal Training Australia (LTA), which is a mandatory requirement to register as a migration agent in Australia.
As a Registered Migration Agent, Raj is fully qualified to offer his expertise to clients, ensuring they navigate the complex migration process smoothly. Raj ensures his clients do not face the typical challenges associated with understanding intricate migration laws and regulations.
Simplifying this journey has become his mission, driven by his own experiences and a desire to assist others in achieving their Australian migration goals.
