As an ambitious and expanding business, we are looking for a motivated Registered Migration Agent(RMA) who wants to build a long-term career and grow with us.
This role is ideal for a confident Registered Migration Agent with around 1+ year of practical experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and further develop strong consulting, client servicing and commercial skills.
What This Role Involves:
- This is a full end-to-end position.
- You will manage clients from the initial consultation through to visa lodgement and final outcome, supported by structured internal processes and a strong professional compliance framework.
This role combines:
- Client consulting
- Visa preparation and lodgement
- Business development and lead conversion
- You will contribute directly to firm growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients (online and in person)
- Assess eligibility and recommend suitable migration pathways
- Convert consultations into signed clients
- Prepare and lodge visa applications
- Manage client communication throughout the process
- Handle RFIs, updates, and correspondence with the Department
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with the Code of Conduct(COC)
- Build your own pipeline and referral relationships
- Stay up to date with immigration policy changes, visa issues, and trends.
You will take ownership of your matters within our professional compliance framework.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Migration Agent (Active MARN required)
- Around 1+ years of practical experience handling visa applications
- Working knowledge of GSM, Skills Assessments, Employer Sponsored, Partner, and related visa subclasses
- Confident and natural communicator who builds trust and credibility quickly
- Business development mindset with the ability to convert leads
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple files independently
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Professional, ethical, and compliant with the Code of Conduct
