Employer sponsorship and visa support
Considering sponsoring an overseas worker for your Australian business? Start by checking the role, work location, proposed salary and the worker’s qualifications and experience. These details help determine which visa options may be suitable and what evidence is needed.
A2MS assists employers and visa applicants with sponsorship, nomination and visa applications. Migration advice is provided by Sunil Choudhary, Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2418425).

- Support HR & Workforce Planning: Provide ongoing guidance on international recruitment, employee retention, and workforce growth.

Corporate migration planning for Adelaide and Australian employers
A2MS helps employers understand their available sponsorship pathways and compliance responsibilities before a nomination or visa application is prepared. Our registered migration agent reviews the proposed position and business context; employers remain responsible for their own lawful employment, salary, recruitment and sponsorship obligations.
For 2026 workforce planning, distinguish a standard SID 482 nomination, a permanent subclass 186 pathway, a regional subclass 494 pathway and a labour agreement or South Australian DAMA endorsement. Labour agreements are not a shortcut to normal sponsorship or a guarantee of staffing.
Common questions
What is the first step for a company considering overseas recruitment?
Check whether the role is eligible, whether local recruitment requirements apply and whether the salary, location and applicant credentials meet the relevant route.
Can A2MS guarantee an overseas hire or a visa decision?
No. Recruitment and visa decisions are separate, and approval rests with the relevant government agencies.
Can our HR team discuss several roles at once?
Yes. An initial business discussion can establish the number of roles, occupations, locations and the appropriate formal assessment scope.
