Copyright & Content Use
Last updated: 26 October 2026. This page explains how original material published on the A2MS website may be used and how to contact us about permission or suspected copying.
Ownership of original A2MS material
Unless otherwise identified, original articles, original explanatory writing, original graphics, original comparison tables and original website materials created for or owned by A2MS – Aussie Academics and Migration Services are protected by copyright under applicable law.
Some pages also refer to Australian legislation, government notices, visa classifications, externally sourced photographs and other third-party information. A2MS does not claim ownership of government facts, legislation, third-party material or information that is not protected by copyright. Third-party material remains subject to the rights and licences of its respective owners.
Reading, sharing and quoting
You are welcome to read our public resources and share links to the original pages on a2ms.com.au. Brief quotations may be used where permitted by applicable copyright law, including relevant fair-dealing exceptions, with appropriate identification of the original source where required.
Attributing A2MS does not, by itself, authorise republication of substantial protected material. If you want to reproduce, translate, commercially distribute, systematically extract, incorporate into a commercial service or republish substantial portions of original A2MS content or graphics, please seek written permission first unless an applicable law or licence permits that use.
Automated access and content scraping
A2MS does not grant permission through this page to conduct automated bulk extraction or mass republication of its original protected content. Search-engine indexing and other uses permitted by applicable law or existing licences are not prohibited by this statement. Technical access controls and crawler instructions may be used to manage excessive automated traffic, subject to our need to keep the website available to genuine visitors.
Request permission
To seek permission to reproduce an original A2MS article, diagram, image or other resource, email info@a2ms.com.au. Please identify the page URL, the material requested, how it would be used, where it would appear and whether the proposed use is commercial.
Report suspected unauthorised copying
If you believe original A2MS material has been copied without authorisation, or you believe something on our website infringes rights belonging to you, contact info@a2ms.com.au with relevant URLs, descriptions and supporting evidence. We will review the information and consider an appropriate response. This contact route is not an undertaking that every complaint establishes infringement.
Important distinction: migration information
Australian visa law, government requirements and official program announcements are public information. Others may lawfully explain the same matters in their own words. Copyright generally concerns protected original expression, not the underlying ideas or facts. A2MS migration articles are general information and do not replace individual assessment by a Registered Migration Agent.
