Who We’re Looking For
Registered Migration Consultant (Active MARN required) who thrives on client interaction and business development. Someone who will actively help us generate additional business, build strong relationships, and expand our client base.
Your focus will be to:
- Meet with clients (online and in person) to discuss migration options.
- Build trust quickly and provide clear, professional advice.
- Respond promptly to leads and convert them into clients.
- Grow your own pipeline of prospects and referral partners.
- Collaborate with case managers to hand over signed clients smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and online consultations (via Microsoft Teams/Zoom) with visa applicants and Australian businesses.
- Develop and execute a business development plan, supported by our in-house marketing professional.
- Respond to leads quickly – speed to lead is key!
- Assess clients’ eligibility and recommend appropriate migration pathways.
- Convert leads into paying clients using our consult-to-client workflow.
- Prepare and issue service agreements, securing engagements promptly.
- Maintain and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and referral partners.
- Collaborate with other RMAs to smoothly hand over signed clients for case preparation.
- Stay up to date with immigration policy changes, visa issues, and trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Migration Agent (MARN required) with at least 2+ years client-facing consulting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of key visa subclasses: Employer Sponsored, General Skilled Migration, Partner, and more
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust quickly with prospective clients
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for solving problems and helping people
- Comfortable using online tools and systems – we’re a cloud-based firm
- High standard of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to the Code of Conduct
